There is no denying that Cisco is one of the most innovative organizations in the world. The organization has been able to win over organizations for many years by supplying some of the most technically advanced networking systems. Cisco bought over Tandberg and now combines both worlds of networking superiority and collaboration know-how to product some best collaboration solutions.

Cisco does have the upper-hand in the race towards collaboration superiority given that it has a well-established brand name and a large customer base. However from my point of view they try to over-complicate their solutions to match the networking solutions that they have. This makes it difficult for not only users but also for technical engineers to troubleshoot hardware or functional problems.
